1. Scope of Service & Acceptable Use
PulseForge AI (exactbaseline.com) provides an independent empirical AI developer tool benchmark index, automated GitHub repository telemetry scanning, embeddable SVG README shields, and self-serve 7-file repository hardening bundles. You agree not to submit malicious payloads, bypass rate limits, or scan repositories for unlawful purposes.
2. Payments, Fulfillment & Refund Policy
Self-serve packages ($49 Repo Hardening & Launch Kit and $149 Category Leader Pro) are billed as one-time payments via Stripe Checkout with instant automated fulfillment (7-file `.zip` download, 1200x675 Raycast HUD scorecard, and verified README SVG shield). If the generated bundle fails to compile for your repository, contact support@exactbaseline.com within 14 days for a full refund.
3. Intellectual Property & License
You retain 100% ownership and unrestricted commercial rights to all configuration files (`CLAUDE.md`, `.cursorrules`, `llms.txt`, `pulseforge-ci.yml`, `litellm-router.yaml`, `test_agent_eval.py`, `LAUNCH_HN_REDDIT.md`) generated for your repository. PulseForge AI retains rights to its benchmark methodology, scoring algorithms, and platform brand assets.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Benchmark scores reflect automated static and empirical telemetry at the time of evaluation and are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. PulseForge AI's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service in the preceding 12 months.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
